DESCRIPTION:Join us on November 9th to learn how to take full advantage of the unique San Francisco gardening climate\, where you can grow your own fruits and vegetables year-round. This workshop will focus on taking advantage of the upcoming rainy season by planting cold-hardy crops such as garlic\, peas\, and edible perennials. \nYou will also receive a full tour of what’s growing at the Garden for the Environment. Bring questions and they’ll do their best to answer them so that you can reap a bountiful harvest from your own garden! \nAbout The SFPA \nThe SFPA or San Francisco Parks Alliance is a nonprofit organization that has been working with the community for nearly 50 years to help encourage our neighbors to get out and make the most of their public spaces.
